Series In 1964, Anritsu came out with its first checkweigher, the K501 series, capable of a maximum speed of 150 products/min, with a scale value of 0.5 g and a maximum accuracy of ±0.5 g. In 2012, vast improvements were made to the functionality of the SV series from 2000. The 2012 SSV series is capable of a maximum speed of 310 products/min., with a scale value of 0.001 g and a maximum accuracy of ±0.01 g. Over the years, our checkweighers have evolved with improved productivity, operation support and increased accuracy and stability through significantly enhanced weigh cell features.

Economy SSVf Checkweigher

Equipped with a highly versatile load cell for balance a wide range of applications, including heavy products can be weighed on the SSV-f series. Dynamic checkweighing can be performed on heavy cartons, bags and canned products.

StickPack Checkweighing

With six models to choose from, all have a weighing range of 0.5 to 60 g with a maximum accuracy of ±0.015 g at 3 s. This checkweighing system is a specialty multi-lane checkweighing system, and it can process 150 products/min X 6-lane. It's used to weigh individual packages that are in small stick shapes, like individual water bottle flavor packs. Most of the products consist of granulated sugar.

MultiLane Checkweigher

These checkweighers are suitable for lines where multiple lanes of products are inspected with just one unit, such as divided filling packaging or tube filling lines. The KW6023F type allows weighing control of up to six lanes with just one indicator, and is also known as a stick pack checkweighing unit. Meanwhile, the smaller version - KW6205E type - allows weighing control of up to two lanes with just one indicator.

Capsule Checkweigher

Two models are offered in the capsule checkweighing system line-up. The main difference between the two is the amount of capsules measured per minute. The KW9001AP can measure up to 2,000 capsules; with each capsule individually checkweighed into three classifications (overweight, proper weight or lightweight) every minute. Up to 1,000 capsules can be individually checkweighed into three classifications each minute on the KW9002AP model.

To ensure high precision measurement, each tablet is measured one by one by the tablet checkweighing system. Thirty products can be processed every minute, and are sorted into three categories, including overweight, proper weight and lightweight.
